Good to know
- All prices are for an occupancy of 2 people per night.
- Each additional person:
- Adults: 25,00 €
- Children from 3 to 13 years: 15,00 €
- Children under 3 years: free of charge
- Minimum stay: 4 nights
- Throughout higher seasonal demand we prefer weekly stays (Saturday – Saturday)
- For a stay shorter than 4 nights, we charge a surcharge of 50,00 €.
- The check-out cleanse, as well as energy and additional costs are included.
- The local tax is not included in the price: 1,80 € per night and person (only valid for guests over 14 years)
- Arrival from 15:00
- Departure before 9:30 am
- Late check-outs are possible for an additional charge
- The breakfast basket can be booked for the entire stay or only for individual days.
- The breakfast basket can also be booked on site (until 11.00 am the day before)
- Costs:
- Free of charge for children up to 3 years
- Children from 3 to 10 years: 10,00 €
- Above 10 years: 15,00 €
- Cash payments up to 1.000,00 €
- Alternatively, we accept bank transfers
- We ask for a down payment of 20% of the total stay
- Once the deposit has been paid the apartment is reserved
- Four-legged friends are welcomed with an additional cost of 15,00 € per day and pet.
- Cancellations made up to two months before arrival are free of charge (should that be the case the deposit will be credited towards your next stay at Töllhof).
- In case of cancellation within two months and four weeks before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation within four weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total booking.
- In case of late arrival or no-show, 100% of the original booking will be charged for each day.
